We manufacture industrial high-quality parts from rapid prototyping with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) to functional end parts made with Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) or Direct Energy Deposition (DED).

FDM

Fused Deposition Modeling

Also known as Fusion Filament Fabrication (FFF).
FDM technology builds parts layer by layer by selectively depositing molten material in a predetermined path. In this process, thermoplastic polymers are used in the form of filaments.

HSS

High Speed Sintering (HSS)

HSS (High Speed Sintering ) is a technology similar to binder jetting. In the HSS process an infrared sensitive ink is selectively injected onto the thermoplastic material layers to then be exposed to an infrared light. The light fuses the powder creating functional plastic parts with qualities similar to those produced with SLS or Multi Jet Fusion.

PBF - DED

Powder Bed Fusion (PBF)

Also known as Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMSL) or Selective Laser Sintering (SLM). A layer of powder is applied to the plate. The fiber optic laser scans the cross section of the workpiece, fusing the metal particles together.

Direct Energy Deposition (DED)

Direct deposition processes create structures by melting the metallic material, powder or wire, using a concentrated heat source (laser, electron beam or arc), while being deposited in a precise point.

DLP

Digital Light Processing (DLP)

A light projector cures a photopolymer resin making it solid. The process proceeds one layer at a time while simultaneously solidifying the selected area of the layer in question. The process is very rapid since the progress steps are equal to those of a single layer.
